San Angelo ISD Awaits Additional Guidance from TDA on USDA Extension to Summer Meals Program

On Monday, August 31, 2020, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced an extension to allow the summer meal program operators to continue serving free meals to all children through as late as December 31, 2020 or until funding runs out. San Angelo ISD is waiting on additional guidance from The Texas Department of Agriculture. Until San Angelo ISD receives this guidance, SAISD students will continue with normal procedures to receive meals.

San Angelo ISD will communicate with our families as soon as the Texas Department of Agriculture makes a determination through our website, email, and social media accounts.
