San Angelo ISD Announces Campus Leadership Changes

San Angelo ISD announced that Mrs. Michele Beers will serve as the new principal at Belaire Elementary School.

Mrs. Beers most recently served as the principal of San Jacinto Elementary, which will be consolidated into Reagan Elementary in July 2025. She has 12 years of experience in education, all at SAISD. She has served as assistant principal, a teacher at Alta Loma Elementary, on the Curriculum Writing Team, District STEM Camp Coordinator. Mrs. Beers also worked as a contractor for the US Army for four years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Governors University and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Angelo State University.

Ms. Katherine (Katie) Rudolph will continue her service as principal of Reagan Elementary. Before leading the Rockets, Ms. Rudolph served as an assistant principal at Glenn Middle School, instructional coach at Lincoln Middle School, and a 7th-grade English teacher/coach at Lee (Lone Star) Middle School. She has been in public education since 2012, all at San Angelo ISD campuses. Ms. Rudolph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Angelo State University and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from West Texas A&M.
