Lacy Duvall Named Principal at Goliad Elementary School

San Angelo ISD has announced that Mrs. Lacy Duvall will serve as the new principal at Goliad Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year.

Remaining in the Lake View High School feeder pattern, Mrs. Duvall steps into this role after serving as an assistant principal for the Chiefs and Maidens since the start of the 2023 school year, following a year as assistant principal at Lincoln Middle School. With nearly two decades of educational experience, she began her career in Cisco ISD before serving 11 years as a teacher and later as an assistant principal in White Settlement ISD.

Mrs. Duvall holds a bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University and earned her master’s degree from Lamar University. Mrs. Duvall’s leadership experience, commitment to student success, and strong connections within the Lake View feeder pattern make her an excellent fit to serve the students, staff, and families of Goliad Elementary School.
